Electronic tongue
Senset AB is developing an advanced liquid analysis technique based on electrochemistry and a highly advanced data processing method.
1. The probe is lowered into the liquid to be examined
2. As the probe sends out varied electrical pulses ...
3. ...the liquid's responses in electric currents can be read back and interpreted. One quick reading is all what is needed to gather information enough to determine the liquid's unique "fingerprint". After a number of readings, the software has "learnt" to recognize the liquid ...
4. ... and can instantly alert if the characteristics are changed outside the known tolerances.
5. The technique can be used in such varied areas as paper pulp production, yoghurt fermentation, rinse detector in dishwashers and washing machines, grocery control stations etc.
